PlayStation announced six new titles are heading to PS Now on November 3 and will likely suit a wide range of gamers.
The additions include Rage 2, Injustice 2, Kingdom Come Deliverance, Warhammer: Vermintide 2, F1 2020, and My Time at Portia. Here is an overview of the games making their way to the subscription platform.
F1 2020
British racing studio Codemasters gets our adrenaline going on the Formula 1 racetrack in the latest edition, F1 2020. With an extensive range of new gameplay modes, headlined by the card collection MyTeam. Create your own F1 team – driver, teammate, engine supplier and more – then compete on the grid for championship glory. Play in split-screen mode to claim top spot on the household podium or jump online to take on fellow fans worldwide.
Injustice 2
NetherRealm Studios, the developer behind Mortal Kombat, brings us back to the DC universe in this superpowered brawler sequel. Crush your opposition using comic book icons such as Batman, Aquaman and other larger than life characters as they battle it out in new environments on an epic scale. Fine tune the look and playstyle of your heroes with the Gear System, powering them up with character-specific equipment.
Rage 2
From the creative minds of id Software smashed together with with Avalanche Studios’ open-world prowess, Rage 2 invites you to enjoy ludicrous vehicle combat, super-powered first-person mayhem, and an open world full of emergent madness. Tear through an unforgiving wasteland battling ferocious factions to find upgradable weapons and devastating Nanotrite powers to crush the oppressive rule of The Authority once and for all.
My Time at Portia
Split your time between being an adventurer, farmer and engineer in this enchanting simulation RPG game set in a charming post-apocalyptic land. Restore your Pa’s neglected workshop to its former glory by fulfilling commissions, growing crops and raising animals. Want to take a break from crafting? Befriend Portia’s quirky inhabitants and take part in the town’s many mini-games, or strike out to explore and battle your way through ancient ruins and dungeons. Now is a great time to dive in as the sequel, My Time at Sandrock, launched on Kickstarter with it already beating its goal.
Warhammer: Vermintide 2
Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is a 4-player co-op action game set in the Warhammer Fantasy Battles world. Sequel to the critically acclaimed Vermintide, Vermintide 2 is the latest installment in a franchise best known for its intense and bloody first-person melee combat. Five heroes return to take on an even greater threat than before – the combined forces of a ruinous Chaos army and the swarming Skaven horde. The only thing standing between utter defeat and victory is you and your allies. If you fall – so too will the Empire.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance
Get immersed in the Holy Roman Empire in this first-person open-world RPG. The game utilizes a classless role-playing system, allowing the player to customize their skills to take on any role such as warrior, bard, thief, or even a combination of them. Your abilities and stats grow depending on what you do or say in dialogue. Kingdom Come: Deliverance will be available until May 3, 2021.
Remember, you can play PS Now on PS5 when the console launches in November. The PlayStation 5 launches on November 12 in the U.S., Japan, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and South Korea, and November 19 in the rest of the world.
